With pictures and paintings from the Edo period as its theme, the exhibition will feature over 40 items on display and be divided into four themes: 1) The Shape of Good Fortune, 2) The Beauty of Snowy Landscapes, 3) Thoughts of Water and Mountainous Landscapes, and 4) The Soul of Waka.
The exhibits will consist mainly of works from the collection of the Kitajima Institute of Antique Art, a general incorporated foundation that has loaned works to museums and art galleries, as well as works owned by individuals that were collected for the purpose of research.
