Professor Hiroaki Adachi (Director of CIJS) has authored a new book titled "帝国日本のアジア支配－構想と政策－" (Imperial Japan’s Rule in Asia: Concepts and Policies).  

This book provides a historical analysis of Imperial Japan's governance and policies in Asia. It explores the various visions and administrative strategies developed during the imperial period, offering significant insights into the political and structural dynamics of Japan's historical relations with its Asian neighbors.
